Rebecca bryce - exercise physiologist

Through her own professional sporting career in snowboarding, Rebecca Bryce developed an extensive interest in strength and conditioning, corrective dynamic movement patterning and rehabilitation for return to sport.  Rebecca has worked with many elite sports persons including triathletes, runners, AFL footballers and winter sports athletes. She also worked at the Australian Open Tennis as a massage therapist for 10 years.

Rebecca has an exercise and sports science degree and is a qualified exercise physiologist. She has also obtained a Graduate Diploma of High Performance Sports as she continually aims to progress her knowledge and skill in assisting her clients in the management and preservation of their physical and musculoskeletal health.  

Rebecca specialises in movement and running gait analysis. Her focus is corrective functional exercise prescription, physical fitness and strength / conditioning programming.

Rebecca also has extensive experience in assisting clients with specific health concerns such as chronic pain, chronic fatigue, Type II Diabetes and obesity, exercise induced asthma and osteo-arthritis. Rebecca has over 15 years experience working in both private and multidisciplinary practices specialising in musculoskeletal health and rehabilitation.
