“Pilates is a fantastic way to rehabilitate the body and maintain physical health.  It is suitable for all ages and abilities, from women in their childbearing years to the older population staying fit and healthy. It improves your posture, stability, balance and strength, thereby helping you move efficiently.”

Susan recently moved to Melbourne from Queensland with her husband and two young children.
